Hello, born in 45, as a British solider I was stationed in Germany, she was born 46, married and six months later a baby that my not be mine. She never left home and now 51 years old is in a wheelchair from surgery gone wrong. The wife and I filed separation a year ago, left her everything, a house and all under duress and I'm also paying 1,400 monthly. She has her own pension, a dog breeder, retirement. The courts rewarded her with insurance/settlement, everything payed for the daughter the surgery damage. I want my retirement income back, and how do I save my pensions and get my own health insurance while living abroad as a resident. I can't afford to pay my living expenses, after divorce she will have insurance of mine dropped out of anger. Help me!..Help Me! , Thank you Frank
hi frank, you do not have to pay more than you can afford! and if an agreement was made with the tribunal, you cannot change it afterwards. same happene to me during my divorce.
only in very rare cases it might be possible, again via tribunal. sorry for this bad news...

Thank you very much for the advice, and why it always has to suck for a man when it comes to the divorce can , not only be fair, but remain a mystery to me, lol. Thank you again. Best for me is to just go through what I have facing me then come to you as a client. I am very impressed with you Gentlemen and your business establishment, Thank you again Frank.
no, sorry, you are wrong! I am a woman and had to "pay" my ex-husband, and i am not the only one!
